Walked in and only had to wait about 10 minutes or so. Had a very sweet young lady help me out ( Miriam ) . Overall I was very pleased with my experience. Keep up the good work AT&T at Ming!
I had made an appt. just to return an internet modum n I arrived 20 min late due to a Dr. appt I had before going over so the Rep at the door said "well ur late so now I have to sign u up as a walk in so I said "ok, am not going to argue I just want to return this" I waited 40 min n from being #12 in the list I went up to #8 so I told the Rep "cross my name out, I will come another day"......she could have sign my name as an appt there were only 4 people waiting but no she didnt!!!! I would have been content with that!!
I Would not normally rate any place 5 stars. But when I feel that someone has gone over and beyond, and pulled every string to make me a person rarely impressed, happy!! I feel the need to Acknowledge their customer care . Lets just say att stores are usually like waiting at the DMV. So I was smart this time and made an appointment. They ripped me off on a return for a bundle pack of accessories. After numerous times of trying to call them with no success, I'll chalk this up as a loss and lesson learned. I live 90 miles away so driving there right now isn't an option. Horrible service.
I spent two hours on the phone with AT&T this morning, just trying to get a tech to come to my house to move my line temporarily so I can pour concrete for my addition. I was bounced to four different people before someone in "Uverse" (whatever that is) offered to help me. He put me on hold, promising to come back and help me personally so I didn't have to explain my situation to a fifth person. After almost 30 minutes on hold, the system hung up on me. I then called repair (...because that was the number the 1st person gave me in case I needed to call back at some point). I was bounced to two more people, including a sales person who was horrified at my experience. He said he was find way to take care of me. He put me on hold for almost 20 more minutes, and when I was connected back to Repair, the lady there knew nothing of my situation. Finally this woman (the seventh person I talked with) told me the office I need to actually speak with is closed on the weekends. As a phone service company, your phone system and phone service are horrible. AT&T, you owe me two hours of my life back.
