Sales person was personable and knowledgeable about the product I was looking to buy. Delivery was made the very next day. Installers were friendly, prompt, and quick, bringing all the necessary parts and tools needed for installation; took away old appliances and cleaned up work area.

Rude staff. Went to pick up our fridge we ordered online and they were very rude and put out to have to help. They also brought up that they don’t get credit if we buy online and weren’t very happy about it. Also fridge is dented all to hell on both sides.

I have bought a washer and dryer and now a dishwasher. With washer and dryer they delivered a day before scheduled while we were trying to putting flooring down and painting walls and building a stand for them. We had to move them ourselves and hook up ourselves because someone called in for sat. Now the problem with the dishwasher. I picked it up to save myself $200 and install myself to save money. Hard to do when they don't give the damn power cord with it. Now I have to make another trip because they can't get heir (profanity removed) together. We will never buy from them again

I have bought every appliance except for one from Sears in the last 30 years, but after today I don't know if that will continue. After doing my research on which washer and dryer set I wanted to buy I decided to go to our local Sears store to purchase them. (Many other places sell this brand too,so it's not like they're a Sears exclusive brand.) As soon as I walked in a woman came up to me and asked if there was something in particular I was looking for,so I told her. She instantly started telling how "bad" that brand is and just went on and on about it. She then went to look them up and the longer I stood there the madder I got! I told her don't even worry about doing that and I walked out. So your loss on a $1362.00 sale!!!
